Root element of the schema. ocxXML has the following child elements:

ProcessLayer ocx ocx:ProcessLayer_T opt. [0, 1] False Process layer referencing OCX process or business objects.
UnitsML ocx unitsml:UnitsMLType req. [1, 1] False Container for UnitsML units, quantities, and prefixes.
Vessel ocx ocx:Vessel_T req. [1, 1] False Vessel asset subject to Classification.
